Turm this on and fill out the form every time - it makes all our work easier.

The list of fixes is large and detailed.
Here are the major issues from the Civil 3D section of the readme.

 Alignment Spirals
· Drawings which contain alignments with spiral curves will no longer change geometry upon open.

General
· Incorrect instances of missing Language pack errors on file open have been resolved.

Intersections
· An issue that caused a regenall to be required in order to see style changes has been resolved.

Performance Issues
· Instances have been addressed where AutoCAD Civil 3D 2010 runs out of memory during certain tasks.

This is the normal Autodesk last and final update for the previous release.

You can usually expect a 2011 (current) release Update in another month or less.
